Dani’alliah Brightblood

Excited to be able to finally share the World of Warcraft splash art commission of Dani’alliah Brightblood. Dani is a High Elf who has taken on many roles during her long life. During a period of time prior to becoming a Paladin, she trained for years as a monk in Pandaria. I was really excited at the chance to try to include a bit of the visual art style from the ancient empire of the Pandaren. The request was to keep her clothing a simple, modern, and modest monk style but I pushed for the chance to include small flairs of influence from a few Pandaren transmogs. One of my favorite aspects of the character’s design was the full body rose/vine and thalassian scripture tattoos. I’ve been trying to push myself to do more dynamic poses and compositions and I feel like I’m starting to inch closer to where I want to be.
